ROUND Function in ONLYOFFICE Spreadsheet Editor: Examples and Syntax

Expected result: 5.64. 4.994 times 1.13 equals 5.64322, rounded to two decimals. Change just the source value described above to reproduce the variation.

Formatting a cell to show two decimal places does not necessarily change its stored numeric value; ROUND changes the calculated number. Rounding each line before totaling can differ from rounding the final total.

Unrecognized formula names, missing arguments, incorrect parentheses and incompatible separators may cause an error. When an output is surprising, test the small example first, check whether input values are genuine numbers, then inspect the formula’s range endpoints. Do not guess a specific error label when it has not been produced by a native test.

If totals differ slightly, locate every ROUND operation and confirm whether the input is numeric and num_digits is set correctly. If formulas are displayed as text, ensure the destination cell is treated as a formula and starts with an equals sign. If copying a formula, decide which references should remain fixed and apply $ anchors as needed.
